Florida-based law firm Tenzer PLLC announced today that Clarissa A. Rodriguez has joined the firm. The addition of Rodriguez represents another step the firm has taken to provide clients with sophisticated legal services and access to some of South Florida’s top practitioners.
Rodriguez focuses her practice on the representation of Latin American and European multinational corporations, manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, and business owners as well as high net worth individuals in complex commercial litigation. She also has considerable experience representing clients in international arbitration before the International Commercial Court, International Centre for Dispute Resolution, FINRA, and the Câmara de Comércio Brasil-Canada. Rodriguez also has experience with cross-border investment and corporate transactions.
Rodriguez holds a law degree with an International Certificate from Nova Southeastern University, and Licenciatura en Derecho (civil law degree) from the Universidad de Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She currently serves as a Treasurer of the International Law Section of The Florida Bar and is Board Certified in International Law. In 2015, Ms. Rodriguez was honored by her peers and selected by Florida Super Lawyers magazine as a “Rising Stars.”
