PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.—August 20, 2020— Two attorneys from Nason Yeager Gerson Harris & Fumero have been named to the 2021 list of Best Lawyers. Nathan “Nat” Nason and John Fumero were both selected by their peers for recognition in the 27th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
This is the third year in a row that shareholder Nathan “Nat” Nason has made the list. This year he was honored for his work in two practice areas: Commercial Litigation and Litigation- Land Use and Zoning. Shareholder John Fumero was honored for his work in Environmental Law.

Nason has practiced complex commercial litigation for over 25 years in South Florida and has developed substantial land use and environmental practices. He is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and a member of the Florida Bar. He is active in several community groups including: The Palm Beach County Bar Association, West Palm Beach Rotary Club and was a previous member of the Palm Beach County Environmental Appeal Board and Chair of the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce in 2014-2015.
Fumero has over 30 years of experience and is a frequent author and lecturer in the areas of environmental, land use, land development and governmental law. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is board certified as a specialist in State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice by The Florida Bar. Less than 8 percent of Florida Bar members are board certified. Fumero is a Florida Supreme Court-certified mediator and holds certification in Environmental Negotiation and Policy from Harvard Law School.
