MIAMI—Hayden O’Byrne, an associate in the Miami office of the global firm K&L Gates LLP, was appointed to the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Nomination Commission by Governor Rick Scott.

 

The role of the Judicial Nominating Commission is to fill judicial vacancies within the Florida court system. O’Byrne will serve a four year term.

 

O’Byrne focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and disputes, as well as class action litigation, labor, employment and workplace safety, and product liability.
