Haliczer, Pettis & Schwamm Attorney Nikeisha Pryor Elected to Caribbean Bar Association Executive Board

 

 

Fort Lauderdale (October 23, 2018) – Haliczer, Pettis & Schwamm P.A., a preeminent Florida plaintiffs’ law firm, announced that attorney Nikeisha S.W. Pryor has been elected to the 2018-2019 Executive Board for the Caribbean Bar Association (CBA). Pryor was sworn in at the CBA’s 22nd annual Scholarship and Awards Gala on October 13th.

 

“As a native of Jamaica, staying connected to the Caribbean community is particularly important to me,” said Pryor. “I look forward to the opportunity to continue working alongside legal professionals with the same passion as we celebrate and service the community and promote diversity and inclusion in the industry.”

 

Pryor previously served as the Vice President of the Caribbean Bar Association, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Section of the Broward County Bar Association. She is an active member of the TJ Reddick Bar Association and in her spare time, volunteers as a mock trial coach. In 2017, she led the Nova Law trial team to regional and national championships in the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition. Pryor focuses her legal practice on premises liability, medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death matters. She received both her Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor degrees from Nova Southeastern University.
