Miami, Fla. – Rennert Vogel Mandler & Rodriguez, P.A. (RVMR) has established a COVID-19 Response Group to provide its clients with practical guidance to navigate the legal and business uncertainty caused by the current health crisis.
The law firm’s COVID-19 Response Group leverages RVMR’s team of seasoned real estate transactional, litigation, ad valorem taxation and corporate securities and finance attorneys to act as a resource to offer legal advice as the crisis evolves. It is also mobilizing its longtime strategic alliances with other insurance, tax, local and state government and bankruptcy experts.
Since the outbreak reached Florida, the group has been actively assisting its clients as they interpret and draft documents and agreements with lenders, borrowers, investors, tenants, landlords, suppliers and employees. It is also spearheading legal and operational plans and strategies to mitigate risk related to ad valorem tax matters and workplace developments, as well as addressing insurance coverage issues for business interruption losses and exploring restructuring and bankruptcy considerations.
Jose A. Rodriguez, who co-chairs the firm’s real estate practice, is leading the group.
