Boca Raton, FL – Shapiro, Blasi, Wasserman & Hermann announces that Joshua Zipper has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Zipper worked at Rosenthal Rosenthal Rasco, LLC, where he served as a business, real estate and commercial litigation trial attorney practicing in state and federal court. He spent three years at Mombach, Boyle, Hardin & Simmons, P.A. and four years at Mattlin & Wyman, PL, where he honed his skills in complex commercial and product liability litigation. In addition, he handles construction defect litigation, Lanham Act litigation, and FLSA litigation, among other areas.
He is admitted to The Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law cum laude and his undergraduate degree in political science at the University of Florida.
He lives in Lighthouse Point with his wife, Monal, and their two children, Saiya and Beckett.
