Joseph M. Landolfi Presents at Two Seminars

 

 

Boca Raton, FL – Shapiro, Blasi, Wasserman & Hermann partner Joseph M. Landolfi, Jr. presented important information at two recent seminars.

 

For clients and guests of CITI Personal Wealth Management, he discussed recent changes to the Estate, Gift and Generation Skipping Transfer taxes as a result of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act that became effective at the start of the year.

 

In addition, Landolfi addressed attendees at the First Annual Tax Law Symposium of St. Thomas University School of Law.  His presentation was entitled “Decoding H.R.1: Tax Cuts & Jobs Act Symposium Challenges and Opportunities.”  He has been an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. He received his LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law’s Graduation Tax Program.

 

Landolfi concentrates his practice in trusts and estate law as well as taxation, entity formation, business planning, and Medicaid/elder law planning.    He is a member of the Florida Bar and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association as well as the U.S. Tax Court.
