MIAMI, FL—Susan Latham, a partner with the intellectual property law firm Feldman Gale, P.A, moderated a roundtable for the International Trademark Association (INTA) on Tuesday, January 26 at Feldman Gale’s Miami office. Roundtable participants discussed recent cases and decisions in the intellectual property field and their significance.
INTA is an association of trademark owners and associated professionals dedicated to promoting the role of trademarks worldwide. Feldman Gale has been actively involved in INTA for 15 years.
Latham is an honors graduate from Florida State University’s College of Law and earned an LLM in intellectual property law from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. She practices trademark, trade dress, copyright, unfair competition, false advertising, and right of publicity law and has extensive experience litigating such claims across various industries, including the architectural, beverage, cosmetics, dietary supplement, fashion, and hotel industries.
She practices in the firm’s Miami and Tampa offices.
