Darren Heitner is the founder of “Heitner Legal”, a founder/CEO of ‘Dynasty Dealings’, and a professor of sports law at the University of Florida as well as the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Darren focuses on sports, entertainment, and intellectual property litigation as well as transactional work. He has authored books on sports agents, and sports attorneys in general, as well as multiple Law Journal articles. In addition, he is a contributing author to Forbes.com and Inc.com. Darren earned his Bachelors of Arts as well as his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida.
