VER PLOEG & LUMPKIN PROMOTES BENJAMIN C. HASSEBROCK TO SHAREHOLDER

 

 

MIAMI, FL —The insurance coverage and bad faith litigation boutique, Ver Ploeg & Lumpkin, is pleased to announce that Benjamin C. Hassebrock has been named a shareholder.  His practice is split between Philadelphia, PA and the firm’s Miami office.

Hassebrock joined the firm as an associate in 2009. He represents clients in all types of insurance and bad faith disputes, and has significant experience in life, health and disability insurance matters. He was recognized as a Rising Star in 2016 by Super Lawyers and currently serves as a Co-Chair of the Life, Health & Disability Section of the ABA’s Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee.

 

Hassebrock is admitted to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Missouri, as well as many federal district courts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, Miami-Dade Justice Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Young Professionals Council of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
