MIAMI—Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse, full service business law firm, announced that Patricia Montes de Oca has joined the firm’s Miami office as an attorney. Ms. Montes de Oca focuses her practice on First Party Insurance Defense, Property and Casualty Claims, and Complex Commercial Litigation Disputes.
Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Ms. Montes de Oca was the owner and manager of her own law firm for five years. Her background includes experience in the areas of complex commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract disputes, foreclosure, intellectual property, employment law, the Uniform Commercial Code, and construction, among others.
Ms. Montes de Oca received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and French from Wellesley College in Massachusetts. She spent a visiting undergraduate year at Harvard University and at L’Institut d’Études Politiques & L’Université d’Aix-Marseille in France. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Ms. Montes de Oca is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She is fluent in Spanish and French.
