Michael D. Mopsick Presents Information on Professionalism at Several Seminars

 

 

Boca Raton, FL – Michael D. Mopsick, Of Counsel at Shapiro, Blasi, Wasserman & Hermann, presented valuable information on professionalism and civility at three recent seminars.

 

For the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee’s annual seminar, Mopsick served as a moderator and a panelist, discussing professionalism in the practice of mediation and focusing on current trends in the Supreme Court of Florida.

 

In addition, Mopsick was a presenter and a panelist for the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Bench Bar Conference. For the segment hosted by the ADR committee, he presented on the mediator’s need to maintain civility throughout the mediation process.

 

Mopsick’s third presentation was at a seminar held by the South Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Professionalism Committee. He discussed topics related to professionalism in the practice of law and to the professionalism panel system in use in Palm Beach County.

 

Mopsick focuses his practice in litigation and dispute resolution in probate, trust and contested guardianship cases. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
