Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin Adds Two Associates in Fort Lauderdale

      

 

 

 

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, a leading civil defense litigation law firm, has added Eric L. Reichenberger and Susana Rodriguez as associates in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.

 

Mr. Reichenberger joins the firm’s Casualty Department, concentrating on the defense of claims made and suits brought against insureds and businesses in products liability, premises liability, automobile, commercial, and construction matters. In his practice, he also works closely with insurance companies in the investigation of fraudulent claims.

 

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Mr. Reichenberger was an associate with two large national firms, representing financial institutions and insurance companies. He possesses significant insurance defense experience and has handled hundreds of personal injury protection (PIP) cases. Additionally, he is experienced in immigration and criminal defense matters, having worked for both a small firm and his own practice.

 

Mr. Reichenberger received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his juris doctor from Florida State University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

 

Ms. Rodriguez joins the firm’s Professional Liability Department, focusing primarily on defending insurance carriers in first-party property litigation. In her practice, she assists insurance carriers with coverage disputes involving a variety of issues, such as water losses, windstorm, fire, mold, and theft.

 

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, she worked at a South Florida firm handling first party property claims, breach of contract, premises liability, bad faith, and personal injury matters. She previously served as a Juridical Intern to Judge James Lawrence King of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Additionally, she held an internship with Judge Ellen Sue Venzer of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, Criminal Division, as part of the ABA Judicial Intern Opportunity Program (JIOP).

 

Ms. Rodriguez received her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Florida International University and her juris doctor, cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she served as Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review and Alumni Chair of the St. Thomas Moot Court Board. She is admitted to practice in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
