Marshall Dennehey Shareholder Amanda J. Podlucky Named Co-Chair of Premises and Retail Liability Practice Group

Orlando, Fla. – Amanda J. Podlucky, Shareholder in the Orlando Office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, has been named Co-Chair of the firm’s Premises and Retail Liability Practice Group.

Ms. Podlucky focuses her practice in the areas of premises and retail liability as well as general liability and automobile negligence matters. With over 13 years of experience, she has obtained favorable results for her clients in both mediation and jury trial. She frequently represents national and local retailers, recreational facilities, multi-family housing properties, and third-party management and custodial companies against personal injury, negligent security and related general liability claims.

Her premises litigation experience encompasses defending businesses in the hospitality industry, including hotels and resorts, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Additionally, Ms. Podlucky defends commercial and individual clients in automobile negligence matters involving both bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.

She frequently presents to industry groups and clients on liability prevention techniques and she has authored numerous articles appearing in national retail, hospitality and insurance  publications.  She is an active member of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA) and the Orange County Bar Association, allowing her to stay current on legal topics and trends. 

Ms. Podlucky is an honors graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and earned her juris doctor, cum laude, at Villanova University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.
