Marshall Dennehey Announces New Florida Shareholders

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is pleased to announce that Florida attorneys Patrick M. DeLong, Andrea L. Diederich and Chanel A. Mosley have been named shareholders of the firm. 

Patrick M. DeLong (formerly special counsel) is based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office where he is a member of the Casualty Department. He represents clients in high-exposure automobile negligence, uninsured motorist, premises liability, commercial general liability and construction site accident cases involving allegations of wrongful death and catastrophic injuries in both Florida and federal courts. His practice also includes construction defect and creditors' rights litigation. Mr. DeLong is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Notre Dame Law School. He is admitted to practice law in Florida as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit.

Andrea L. Diederich (formerly an associate) is resident in the firm's Orlando office where she is a member of the Health Care Department. She focuses her practice on the defense of matters involving medical malpractice, premises liability and the Americans with Disabilities Act. She represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, therapists and assisted living facilities in a variety of health care liability matters. Ms. Diederich received her undergraduate degree from Rollins College and her law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit.

Chanel A. Mosley (formerly an associate) is also a member of the Health Care Department in the firm's Orlando office. She represents hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, and other health care providers against claims involving medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and various health care matters. Additionally, her cases have encompassed a variety of premises and general liability claims. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, she earned her law degree from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Ms. Mosley is admitted to practice law in Florida as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit.
