FORT LAUDERDALE—Koch Parafinczuk Wolf Susen announced that Elizabeth Mitchell, Paula Romero and Jeremy Serres have joined the firm as associates in its Fort Lauderdale office.  All three are litigation attorneys, providing even greater depth for the firm.

Elizabeth Mitchell focuses her practice in the area of insurance defense, first property claims, breach of contract, premises liability and automobile accidents. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced personal injury and handled claims involving medical malpractice, automobile accidents, common carrier accidents, premises liability and negligent construction. Mitchell received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.

Similarly, Paula Romero and Jeremy Serres both concentrate their practice in the areas of insurance defense, first party property claims, breach of contract and premise liability.  Romero gained experience working at a Social Security Disability firm representing clients nationwide before Administrative Law Judges.  She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. She is fluent in Spanish.

Serres has experience litigating first party and breach of contract cases. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.
