Firm rebrands as Koch Parafinczuk Wolf Susen

 

FORT LAUDERDALE—Fort Lauderdale-based law firm, Koch Parafinczuk & Wolf has promoted Marcus Susen to name partner and has rebranded as Koch Parafinczuk Wolf Susen (KPWS).

Since 2007, KPWS has provided representation in a variety of legal matters, including general insurance defense, first-party property defense, breach of contract disputes, whistleblower actions, professional disciplinary actions, products liability, medical malpractice, employment law matters, and workers’ compensation defense.

He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University and is admitted The Florida Bar as well as the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
