FORT LAUDERDALE—Fort Lauderdale-based law firm, Koch Parafinczuk & Wolf has promoted Marcus Susen to name partner and has rebranded as Koch Parafinczuk Wolf Susen (KPWS).

Since 2007, KPWS has provided representation in a variety of legal matters, including general insurance defense, first-party property defense, breach of contract disputes, whistleblower actions, professional disciplinary actions, products liability, medical malpractice, employment law matters, and workers’ compensation defense.
