Chelsea E. Bellew, Shaye C. Lindsley and Charles M. Prior Join the Firm

WEST PALM BEACH, FL—Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse, full-service business law firm, announced that Chelsea E. Bellew, Shaye C. Lindsley and Charles M. Prior have joined the firm’s West Palm Beach office as Attorneys.

Chelsea E. Bellew assists in handling matters related to Workers’ Compensation defense.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Ms. Bellew gained experience as an Associate Attorney handling employment and labor law matters for a Florida-based law firm.  Her background also includes experience in estate planning, business law, and health law issues.

Active in the legal community, Ms. Bellew is a member of The Florida Bar’s Constitutional Judiciary Standing Committee. She is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Professionalism Committee and a member of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches.

Ms. Bellew received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Studies from Denison University. She received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Ohio Northern University College of Law, while simultaneously earning her Master of Laws degree in Democratic Governance and Rule of Law. During law school, she served as the Managing Editor of the Ohio Northern Law Review and served as an Extern for the United States Agency for International Development in Kosovo. She is admitted to practice in Florida and is fluent in Spanish.

Shaye C. Lindsley assists in handling matters related to Workers’ Compensation claims on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third party administrators, and claims servicing agencies.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Ms. Lindsley worked as an Associate Attorney managing a large caseload of auto accident and premise liability cases on behalf of personal injury plaintiffs. This background experience provides her with a unique perspective and insight into insurance claims, and allows her to better assist in planning strategies and defending claims on behalf of insurance carriers. Additionally, she served as a summer intern for the 17th Judicial Circuit Staff Attorney Office.

Ms. Lindsley earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. While attending law school, she was Editor-in-Chief for the International Citator and Research Guide. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Lindsley works as an Adjunct Faculty and Subject Matter Expert for the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is admitted to practice law in Florida.

Charles M. Prior assists in handling matters related to General Liability, First Party Property Insurance Defense and Criminal Defense.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Mr. Prior worked for a full-service law firm where he gained experience in all areas of insurance defense by managing a large caseload of files and efficiently litigating cases from inception to trial.

Mr. Prior earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology from Florida Southern College and earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Barry University School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Prior was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Barry Environmental and Earth Law Journal. Before beginning his legal career, he worked as an English teacher in Busan, South Korea for Recruit Busan International. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
