Kelley Kronenberg Welcomes Mark N. Salinero and Christine G. Soto to its Miami Office

 

 

Miami, FL – Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, announced that Mark N. Salinero and Christine G. Soto have joined the Miami office as Attorneys.

Salinero assists in handling matters related to liability and casualty defense.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Salinero was an Assistant Public Defender for the Office of the Public Defender, 17th Judicial Circuit of Florida. He also served as a Legal Consultant for the City of Miami Office of the City Attorney, where he assisted in matters relating to employment law and Workers’ Compensation claims. Additionally, he served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Joan Lenard in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and as a Legal Intern for the Office of the Federal Public Defender of the Southern District of Florida.

Salinero earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami. While in law school, he received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement award in Criminal Procedure. He also won the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the Miami Law Innocence Clinic, where he investigated innocence claims from clients convicted of criminal charges. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.

Soto assists in handling matters related to First Party Insurance Defense, Property and Casualty Claims, and Complex Commercial Constructions Disputes.

Before joining the firm, she was as an Associate Attorney for an insurance litigation firm that focused on defending auto manufacturers.  She assisted in all aspects of first party property insurance litigation and represented car manufacturers in consumer product warranty matters. Additionally, she was a Certified Legal Intern for the Juvenile Division, Felonies Division, and the County Court of the Office of the Public Defender, 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Soto earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Florida International University, Honors College, and a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law, where she received the St. Thomas University School of Law Public Service Award. She also served as the Staff Editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review and participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Soto is admitted to practice law in Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
