Kelley Kronenberg Partner Jeffrey M. Wank Appointed to Legal Aid Board of Directors

Fort Lauderdale, FL – Jeffrey M. Wank, a Partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Kelley Kronenberg, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Legal Aid Service of Broward County (LAS) and Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida (CCLA).

 

Legal Aid Service of Broward County is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, providing high quality free civil legal advice, representation and education to the under-privileged in Broward County. In January of 2004, to more effectively serve the under-served population in Broward County, partnering agency CCLA was formed to address the needs of clients who could be served under federal Legal Services Corporation (LSC) funding, freeing LAS to direct its resources to segments of the under-served population not able to be represented under LSC restrictions.

 

As Partner in Kelley Kronenberg’s Fort Lauderdale office, Mr. Wank focuses his practice on First Party Property Insurance Defense matters, including coverage and bad faith litigation. He also handles a wide range of Third Party litigation claims. He was included in the Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars List from 2014 -2016.

 

An active member of the community, Mr. Wank is involved with the Jewish Federation of Broward County and presently serves as a Past-President of the Broward County  Bar Association Young Lawyers Section Board of Directors.

 

Mr. Wank earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University and his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
