Fort Lauderdale, Fla.—Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse business law firm, has added Barbara Repandis and Denise D. Lehr to the firm’s Administrative Team. Repandis will serve as Chief Human Resources Officer and Lehr has been named Director of Professional Development and Compliance, a newly added position at the firm.

Barbara Repandis is an HR industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience overseeing human resources and administration, supporting organizational leadership and helping to achieve growth objectives. In her role, she oversees talent management and development, workforce planning, HR service delivery, and HR policies and initiatives. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, her efforts to build and strengthen organizational culture successfully enabled her previous employer to be recognized as an “Employer of Choice” for two consecutive years.

With particular experience in the legal, financial, hospitality and fashion industries, Repandis has a deep understanding of organizational culture. She holds a strong belief that the most innovative cultures are those capable of continuous improvement, allowing them to remain relevant and vibrant.

Repandis earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Journalism from Baruch College – The City University of New York (CUNY), and then went on to earn her Master’s of Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from the New York Institute of Technology. Additionally, she earned a certification in Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University’s School of Executive Education. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association of Legal Administrators.

In her newly created positon, Denise D. Lehr works with firm leadership to help partners and associates develop into the best practitioners, managers, and leaders they can be.  Through coaching and training, she strives to ensure that all of Kelley Kronenberg’s attorneys are fully equipped with the skills, resources, and support they need to be as productive and effective as possible.

Prior to joining the firm, Lehr practiced law in New York and Florida for nearly ten years, handling employment and appellate law cases. Most recently, she was an Associate Director of Career & Professional Development at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) Shepard Broad College of Law, where she created and facilitated career-related programs, workshops, and assessments for law students and alumni. She attends numerous educational conferences and seminars aimed at fostering lawyer development and has spoken on such topics at multiple bar association and law school events.

Lehr earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Long Island University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She earned a Certificate of Completion in Cognitive Coaching, and has completed several Master’s level courses relating to Human Resource and Career Development at NSU’s Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship.  She is a Board Member of the B’nai B’rith Justice Unit #5207 and holds memberships with the Broward County Bar Association, the National Association for Legal Career Professionals, the Professional Development Consortium, and the National Association of Professional Women.
