WEST PALM BEACH, FLA.—Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse, full-service business law firm, announced that Marc A. Marra and Cristopher S. Rapp have joined the firm’s West Palm Beach office as attorneys.

Mr. Marra focuses his practice on assisting banks and other financial service providers with regulatory, enforcement, transactional and litigation matters. He also handles the representation of condominiums and homeowner’s associations throughout South Florida in the areas of collections, foreclosures, estoppel, enforcement of covenants, vendor negotiations and day-to-day management.

Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, Mr. Marra worked as a real estate litigation attorney for a Fort Lauderdale firm.

Mr. Marra earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University and received his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. He also went on to obtain a Master of Laws degree in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Rapp focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience in the resolution of a broad range of business-related disputes, including construction defect and lien claims, real-property disputes, the enforcement of non-competition provisions, and fraud and unfair competition cases.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Rapp worked as a journalist and magazine editor. He served as associate editor of National Review magazine from 1998 to 2001. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Princeton University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
