Experienced attorney in estate planning, probate law and taxation joins growing Boca Raton firm


Boca Raton, FL – Shapiro, Blasi, Wasserman & Hermann announced that Joseph M. Landolfi, Jr. has joined the firm as a partner.   Landolfi will augment the firm’s existing trusts and estate planning and administration practice.


In addition to trusts and estate law, Landolfi also focuses his practice in taxation, entity formation, business planning, and Medicaid/elder law planning.

In joining Shapiro, Blasi, Wasserman & Hermann, Landolfi is reunited with Of Counsel firm attorney Michael Mopsick, his colleague at Buckingham Doolittle & Burroughs where they worked together for more than three years.   Landolfi gained further experience at Akerman, where he spent the last four years.


He has been an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. He received his LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law’s Graduation Tax Program.    Landolfi is a member of the Florida Bar and the South Palm Beach County Bar Association as well as the U.S. Tax Court.
