Haliczer, Pettis & Schwamm Partners Selected to the 25th Annual Best Lawyers in America List

 

 

Fort Lauderdale (August 15, 2018) — Haliczer, Pettis & Schwamm P.A., a preeminent Florida law firm, announced that partners James S. Haliczer, Eugene K. Pettis, Richard B. Schwamm and Kenneth J. Miller have been included in the 2019 edition of Best Lawyers in America.

 

Haliczer was selected for his work in medical malpractice law, commercial litigation and health care litigation. He has been included on the Best Lawyers in America list since 2010 and was previously recognized as the 2015 Miami Lawyer of the Year for medical malpractice.

 

Pettis was included for his extensive work in medical malpractice law, personal injury litigation, and labor and employment litigation. He was recognized as the 2017 Lawyer of the Year for plaintiff medical malpractice, Lawyer of the Year for personal injury defense in 2018 and the 2013 Lawyer of the Year for Employment Law.

 

Schwamm was recognized for his medical malpractice law – plaintiff practice, marking his second consecutive year on the list. He has also been named to the list of Florida Super Lawyers each year since 2010.

 

Miller was selected for his work in plaintiff personal injury litigation. He has previously been recognized as a Top Rated Lawyer by the Miami Herald in their South Florida’s Legal Leaders. This is also his second consecutive year on the Best Lawyers list.
