David Friedland and Jaime Vining Named to Florida Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists of 2017

Founding Partners of Miami’s intellectual property law firm Friedland Vining, P.A. receive prestigious recognition

MIAMI (June 13, 2017) – David Friedland and Jaime Vining, founding shareholders of Friedland Vining, P.A., one of South Florida’s top intellectual property law firms, were both named to the 2017 Florida Super Lawyers list. Friedland was selected to the 2017 Super Lawyers list, and Vining was selected to the 2017 Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.

The selection process begins with nominations from peers, through surveys, or third party feedback. From there, the selection panel conducts research based on 12 categories including verdicts, transactions, representative clients, experience, honors and awards, certifications, position in the firm, professional activity, community service, scholarly lectures, education and employment background and other worthy achievements. Each entry is carefully evaluated before the final attorneys are selected to each list.

Only five percent of attorneys in Florida are selected to Super Lawyers, while 2.5 percent are selected to Rising Stars. This widely sought after nomination solidifies the winner as a top name in their industry, while promoting the attorney’s practice to both the public and other firms.
