COZEN O’CONNOR WELCOMES JORDAN D. CHISHOLM TO MIAMI OFFICE

MIAMI, FL June 12, 2019 — Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce that Jordan D. Chisholm has joined the Miami office as an associate.

Chisholm focuses his practice on business and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

“Jordan’s legal proficiency combined with his dedication to the community makes him a great fit for our office,” said Susan Eisenberg, Miami office managing partner. “We look forward to his involvement as we continue to expand our Miami office.”

Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Equal Justice Work Fellow at Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., where he founded the Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Project. Through this project, Chisholm provided pro bono transactional legal services to more than 100 low-income entrepreneurs as outside general counsel and was a frequent speaker on panels and workshops covering core legal issues for emerging business owners.

He received his law degree from New York University School of Law, where he was awarded the Dean John Sexton Prize for service to the law school community and served as student body president. He earned his B.B.A. with a concentration in finance, cum laude, from George Washington University.
