Brian Wolf, Partner at Smith Currie, Named to the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders and Contractors

Brian Wolf, Partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP, has been named to the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Florida East Coast Chapter. ABC is a national construction trade association representing more than 21,000 members. The organization helps members develop people, win work and deliver work safely, ethically and profitable for the betterment of the communities in which they work.

Wolf is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar and AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. His practice is concentrated in the defense and prosecution of complex construction and design claims involving both public and private projects.

In addition to his work with ABC, Wolf is the past chairman of the Construction Law Committee of the Florida Bar, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and past chairman of the Construction Law Committee of the Broward County Bar Association. He serves on the Steering Committee for The Florida Bar, Florida Construction Law and Practice. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Managers Association of South Florida. He has been ranked by Chambers USA for his outstanding work in construction law.

Wolf has made numerous presentations and has been published frequently. He earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern, Northern and Middle Districts of Florida as well as the 2nd and 11th U.S. Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
