Boies Schiller Flexner Ft. Lauderdale Office Hires Three Associates, Announces Promotion

 

 

 

Boies Schiller Flexner LLP announces the addition of three litigation associates to the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and the promotion of attorney Meredith Schultz to counsel. Stephanie Greene, Brendon Olson and Corey Gray will be integral additions to the litigation department. Meredith Schultz will continue practicing complex commercial litigation, both at the federal and state levels.

 

Stephanie Greene earned her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she served as the Symposium Editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review and worked as a student attorney for the Harvard Criminal Justice Institute. Greene also worked as a summer associate for a large firm in New York and interned for the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York in the Violent Crimes and Terrorism Section. Most recently, she served under the Honorable William P. Dimitrouleas as a Law Clerk for the Southern District of Florida.

 

Brendon Olson earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as Editor in Chief of the Michigan Journal of International Law. He previously worked with the National Security Agency in the Signals Intelligence Directorate. Olson also served as law clerk for the House Subcommittee on National Security & Foreign Affairs and the U.S. Department of Justice – Criminal Division. He then worked as a Judicial Law Clerk under Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum on both the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

 

Currently an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, associate Corey P. Gray earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the National Security & Armed Conflict Law Review. He was also a member of the University of Miami’s Iron Arrow Honor Society, The Order of Barristers Honor Society and the University of Miami’s Trial Team.  He served as a law clerk under the Honorable Federico A. Moreno for the Southern District of Florida. Prior to law school, Gray served as a Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army 10th Mountain Division (LI).

 

Meredith L. Schultz, attorney in the Fort Lauderdale office, has been promoted to Counsel. Schultz earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago. She previously worked as a law clerk under the Honorable Donald M. Middlebrooks for the Southern District of Florida. Her practice covers commercial litigation at the state and federal level. She has represented a wide range of cases involving private investment firms, antitrust claims, investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission, defamation, and legal malpractice. Schultz is admitted to the Florida Bar, U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals Eleventh Circuit.
