MIAMI, FL – Jeffrey Feldman, co-founder of the Intellectual Property law firm Feldman Gale P.A., has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Beacon Council.
The Beacon Council is Miami-Dade County’s official economic development partnership, which facilitates local, national and international business growth and expansion programs, helping companies of all sizes in diverse industries achieve their goals.
Feldman is an AV-rated litigator with more than 30 years of state and federal jury trial experience. He has litigated patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright, false advertising and unfair competition cases. Prior to entering private practice, Feldman worked as an Assistant State Attorney and Assistant United States Attorney.
He is Board Certified as a Specialist in Intellectual Property as accredited by the Florida Bar and a member of the Intellectual Property Committee of The Florida Bar and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Feldman has been recognized by Best Lawyer in America, Florida Super Lawyers, South Florida Legal Guide as a Top Lawyer and Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite. In addition, he is currently president of the Miami Music Association, which supports The Cleveland Orchestra’s annual Miami residency at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.
He received his undergraduate and law degree, with honors, from the University of Florida.
